The term ‘INDO ASIAN TOURS & MS’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is in Kashmir. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The refund will be in the same currency used in the payment and at no interest. The company does not assume responsibility for the difference the local currency value due to fluctuation of exchange rates. Processing of cancellation must be done by formally writing to the Company. The request will be acted on in a working day except Sat/Sun and National holidays
A passport valid for no less than 6 months is required to travel to all countries in our program. Responsibility for documentation accuracy, passport validity and dispatch of documents rests with you. INDO ASIAN TOURS & MS accepts no responsibility for any failure in this respect. You must clearly provide your full name on passport; otherwise, we are not liable for any delays, transport failure. Also, travel insurance purchased in advance is strongly suggested for your own sake.
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or the use of special equipment. You must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair if it is a necessity through your journey, please note not all of our trips are wheelchair accessible. Besides, we cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations. INDO ASIAN TOURS reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
We cannot accommodate women who are 6 month or longer pregnant. You should take into account all international travel risks and health requirements applicable to the areas you intend to visit. You are solely responsible for checking the governmental safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements in countries you are going to visit or transit.
INDO ASIAN TOURS will carry out tour services after making sure you are properly insured. It is required that you should purchase proper travel insurance before leaving your home country to cover a wide range of unexpected loss and damages.
General
By booking or participating in a tour or any related products or services with Us ("Indo Asian Tours & Management Services"), you ("you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
By booking a Tour you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other people, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and you do accept these Terms on behalf of the other people in your group.
Advances
At the time of booking, an advance payment of 50% of the amount specified for the particular tour) is due to confirm the booking.
If the booking is made 10 days or less prior to the departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Some products or services offered by the Tour Operator may require you to make full payment at the time of booking. The Tour Operator will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.
Payments by Credit Cards/ Debit Cards
In case of making the deposits or payments by credit cards, as a traveler or Client, you agree and accept full responsibility for payments and will not hold "Indo Asian Tours & Management Services " responsible for any amount that is chargeback or disputed. All chargebacks or disputed amounts must be paid back to the Company promptly.
Cancellations / No Show / Covid -19
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, We must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation fees apply to the land packages and/or services.
Covid-19 Cancellations.
All Covid-19 related cancellations will be refunded/ rescheduled as per hotel policy.
All Covid-19 cancellations will incur 5% of the amount at the time of Cancellation of any services.

For any Train/ Flight/ Helicopter /Bus tickets /Cable Car involved, the refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policy at the time of booking, by the service provider.
At the time of Cancellation of any Train/ Flight/ Helicopter /Bus tickets our service charges will be applicable.
Payments made through credit cards will incur 5% of the amount at the time of Cancellation of any services.
Refunds
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 3 - 7 working days.
If the payment is made through the credit card, we will refund the amount to the person's Bank account only, after receiving his/ her account details.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member of tour in respect of Airfare, Accommodation, Meals, Sightseeing, Transport or any other services which are included in the tour, but not utilized by the member of tour due to personal reasons.
Prices & Taxes
We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold tours at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours. We also reserve the right to increase the price of confirmed tours solely to allow for increases which are a direct consequence of changes in:
The price of the carriage of passengers resulting from the cost of fuel or other sources;
From time-to-time the Company may offer reduced pricing on certain products or services. Reduced pricing applies only to new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received by Company are not entitled to reduced pricing.
Details required for the booking
As a condition of booking, you must provide the information requested by us along with the final payment and if you fail to supply information requested by us for Air Tickets, Permits, or other Services which require your details, you will be liable for any Price hike, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that service. In the event that you fail to supply information required by us, We reserve the right to treat your booking (or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by the Company, in its sole discretion.
Extras
"Extras" refers to any activity, transportation, meals, products or services not included in the Tour itinerary or price of the Tour. You agree that any help given by the Company representative(s) in arranging, selecting, or booking, any Optional Extras is purely at your request and the Company makes no warranties.
You acknowledge and agree that any liability for loss, damages, death, personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury or loss of or damage to property associated with Optional Extras is the sole responsibility of the third party providing that service or activity.
